QSDCHublist is a hublist intended to be fair and honest in its judgement, and probably one of the very few lists that are so. Our intention is to provide a hublist that is fair, unbiased, and one which accurately detects hubs used for malicious purposes that compromise the user's experience. Hubs on this hublist are only those proven to give the user the best possible experience in DC, and those which are fairly rated.
QSDCHublist hopes to be a role model for other hublists in DC, with its fair systems.
