1) I will discuss recheck on deactivated from time to time with the other admins. It´s a real good idea.

The deactivation is normally reserved for hubs whose entries were duplicate or those whose owners specifically asked to be deactivated temporarily and email us back when they want in again. I will not disclose the names of those owners without their permission.

only if hub has an admin mail (hub added via web)

Pinger connects on hub. It may send a report to online OPs that hub is/will be banned for X reason (CTM with no ipcheck alowed for pinger profile/users for example)

when = when is connected / what = reason for what hub will be banned form hublist
