It has come to my attention that many would like voting implemented. Upon implementation of Voting, the following rules will be enforced:

- If, within the period of 3 months, 10 or more users have reported Vote Begging on your hub, this will be considered a first-case offense against the Vote Begging policy of the website, and, as a consequence, your hub will be reset to 0 votes and stay at 0 votes for 1 month (Voting will be disabled for a period of 1 month, or 30 days, for your hub).

- After the first offense, if enough users report Vote Begging on the hub, a second-case action will be taken - Your hub will be counted offline for the next 2 weeks.

- At a third offense, your hub will be removed from the hublist.

- If your hub is re-added again, and you are seen offending this rule again, your hub will be banned from the list and will not gain entry to the list unless appropriately appealing its case properly.

You must understand that we take votes seriously. A hub does not gain any penalty on this list for not having any votes, so there is no reason to beg for them. Votes in this hublist are merely an accurate way of one user telling the other users how this hub stands in comparison to other hubs. Let the users vote for your hubs the way they want to. Don't pressure them. DC needs users to be honest about the hubs they enter. If your hub isn't good enough, make it better. Don't force your users to tell others that your hub is excellent when it is, in reality, crap.
