In the setting of the address dc.smol-hub.net, and displays the old ip, that is the hub does not like to be pinged?

Hi there, Can you plsz tell me why my hub isn't beeing pinged. All the regserver adresses are in Pto in the correct way but still nothing
Hubadres is kippenhok.no-ip.org
